running condition.
Failure to follow these
instructions will result is poor performance from your EVO
- Do a boost leak test and make
sure your car has no boost leaks.
- Make sure your car has no exhaust
leaks. Check for exhaust soot where pieces of the exhaust system connect.
- Make sure your downpipe is not
hitting (rattling) the engine, transfer case or cross bars.
- Make sure plugs are new & properly gapped.
- Make sure all vacuum hose connections are zip
tied/clamped.

sure your WB02 is working & logging properly.
Then
- You will use ECUFlash to read your current ROM, then send it to me so
I can enable 2byte Load logging. I'll then send the ROM back to you.
After receiving your ROM, write it to the ECU using ECUFlash and then
use EvoScan to take some logs.

2500rpm
-
Then go WOT (Wide Open Throttle) to 7400rpm
-

*Make sure EVOScan is *actually* logging before
going WOT, as it takes 2-10 seconds to start logging, depending on
laptop.
Last
- Email me your logs. I will review the logs and modify your ROM
for safe and reliable power. Then I'll send you the new ROM. Next, write
the ROM to your ECU and go take some more logs. This process will repeat
till 3rd gear is completely tuned. You'll then do a couple 4th
gear logs and a couple 1-4th gear logs so we can check the tune.
Final changes will be made if needed. After that the tune is complete.
**
Making changes to your car (removing/adding/changing mods) will stop the
tuning process and may require additional charges to complete the tune.**
