The tuning process takes the car beyond factory OEM specs and as a result, no warranty can be provided. Despite the utmost caution in the tuning process, unforeseen mechanical issues may still arise. This is something that no tuner can guarantee against.
Release of Liability Waiver
I hereby authorize BOOSTED TUNING to do road testing/tuning, dynamometer testing/tuning and/or service work on the above vehicle, to be done along with the necessary materials, parts, labor, and hereby grant you and your employees permissions to operate the above vehicle on the dynamometer, streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing.
I hereby acknowledge and voluntarily release and forever discharge BOOSTED TUNING, their employees, directors and officers from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by reason on any bodily or personal injury, death or property damage/loss, known or unknown, resulting to or result from the road testing/tuning, dynamometer testing/tuning and/or service work done by BOOSTED TUNING.
This release includes but is not limited to acts by BOOSTED TUNING, gross negligence, acts by which constitutes willful, wanton or reckless acts by BOOSTED TUNING.
This release also includes but is not limited to any claim against BOOSTED TUNING for first aid, medical treatment, or services rendered during participation in the above described test of this vehicle.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the tune, no refunds are given after a basemap has been sent.
